The Apocalypse part one

It was a normal day in highschool, a young boy was sitting at his desk waiting for first period to end, he always thought the first class was the most boring.

The teen sighed as he looked down at his paper, his black hair covering his eyes. "Hey, Kyo" a voice said softly.

The said male looked to the left and saw one of his friends, Tyler.

"What?"

"You seem upset" the other teen replied, his brown eyes making contact with Kyo's black orbs.

"I'm just tired, that's all" Kyo said, he turned to look out the window, he just wanted school to end already.

(Short time skip)

It was lunch break and Kyo was sitting with Tyler, along with their other friends, Myu and Eris.

Myu had long pink hair and blue eyes, she also had a huge crush on Kyo. Eris had long red hair and brown eyes, she and Myu were very close like sisters.

The group have known each other since first grade, they always went to the same school so they could always hang out, though they were all very from each other.

Kyo was the cold, calm and collected type who could be pretty cruel sometimes.

Tyler was the flamboyant type, he thinks he's the coolest guy ever.

Myu is the girl in love, she's loved Kyo ever since they were kids but never told him how she felt because she could never get the chance.

Eris was also calm and sometimes sarcastic but she's always there for the others especially Myu.

"School is almost over, I can't wait to go home and relax!" Myu said happily, brushing her hair, while keeping her eyes glued to Kyo.

Eris and Tyler nodded in agreement, Kyo however stood up and left.

"Kyo, where are you going?" Eris asked.

The teen didn't reply, as he left the cafeteria. "Don't worry about him, he's just gonna go sit in front of the school, I'll go talk to him" Tyler said and left the two girls.

Once Tyler got outside his eyes widened, two staff members and three students were both down on the ground bleeding, Tyler also noticed that Kyo was also a bit surprised.

Tyler felt like a strong force was stopping him from running to go get help but he managed to walk over to the people on the ground but suddenly stopped once the bodies began to rise up.

The skin of the bodies were dark grey and Tyler could see their eyes were rolled up to the back of their heads and blood was coming from their eyes, with some bite marks on them.

They seemed to look like zombies.

"What the hell...?" Tyler said softly. One of the corpses were coming towards him but Kyo pulled Tyler back and kicked the rotten body into the other ones, knocking them down.

"Don't just stand there stupid" he said coldly.

"Come on, we have to get the girls!" Tyler ran into the school with Kyo right behind him.

As they ran the principal spoke on the intercom. "Attention, this is an emergency! All students and faculty members please evacuate the school immediately! I repeat please- wait get away from me! Someone help! Ahhh!"

Then there was nothing but silence and after a couple of seconds students were running and screaming through the hall, trying to get out of the school. Kyo and Tyler managed to get through the crowd and find Myu and Eris.

"What's going on here?!" Eris asked in a panic.

"We don't know we went outside and saw zombies!" Tyler replied.

"What?! That's impossible!"

"It's true" Kyo said calmly, "I was there with him, we need to get some weapons and get out of here"

Every one nodded and quickly ran to the science room. Tyler told everyone to hand him some supplies and he somehow managed to make nail guns for each of them.

"I'm impressed" Myu said observing the handmade weapon.

"Thanks, I-"

"We don't have time for this, let's get out of here!" Eris announced, interrupting Tyler, the group went into the hall and saw dead people walking.

"It's true, zombies are attacking..." Myu said in fear, she didn't actually believe something like this could happen even if Kyo said it was.

Kyo shot the zombie in the head with his nail gun and everyone else followed his lead shooting any zombie they could while being forced to hear the screams of nearby students.

Once they made it out side the only thing they could see was students running for their lives, students being eaten by zombies, students becoming zombies.

"This is really happening... something believed to only occur in movies" Tyler said in shock along with disbelief.

Kyo looked at the rising chaos and clutched the gun in his hand.

"The apocalypse"
